I had a wonderful time with Umi—she’s such a beautiful and kind soul who went out of her way to make me feel comforted. We shared moments so tender, already miss her so much! The staff were also incredibly warm and welcoming as well.

I met a very cute and wonderful man from Hong Kong. I was not good at English so I couldn't have a smooth conversation, but he treated me very kindly. I was very happy and comfortable. I hope he has a wonderful time in Japan even after meeting me. I may not be able to see you anymore, but I hope you remember me once in a while.
