よく知られている理由もあり、日本ではこれほど素晴らしいサービスを受けたことがありませんでした（すみません、もしかしたら心理的な影響もあるかもしれません）。ですが、私の実感として、Kikuさんは最初から最後までとても優しく、明るく、そして私にとても親切に接してくれました。日本でこのような温かい対応を受けたのは初めてのことです。
