I was a first time customer that was in town for a few days. Service is close by Dotonburi and highly recommend! The intro signing up and choosing the costume was very nice and welcoming. Front man is chill, kind, and easy to talk through translation app.

Ren is a great service worker. She fullfilled my fantasy as intended and even went the extra mile! Easy to talk to and cute!

At first, I was nervous about even going to the shop, but I managed to get there thanks to the explanations from the staff. Once I got there, they used a translator to carefully explain things to me, which put me at ease.
