Online reservation went okay, although with slight mistranslations of phrases. The shop attendee explained the process clearly with help of translation device. No hidden fees, clear does and don't.
My masseuse, Tsubasa, could communicate decent simple english. She's a very cheery energetic girl and although quite gentle, she was very persisent with the massage till satisfaction was reached.
