First time experiencing a nuru massage. Total ordeal went smoothly.
Online reservation went okay, although with slight mistranslations of phrases. The shop attendee explained the process clearly with help of translation device. No hidden fees, clear does and don't.
My masseuse, Tsubasa, could communicate decent simple english. She's a very cheery energetic girl and although quite gentle, she was very persisent with the massage till satisfaction was reached.

The man at the desk was really helpful in translating and explaining to me how it worked. When I met Hiyori i thought to myself she is super cute! She was nice and helped me book the hotel because I couldn't read japanese. She looked so cute in her outfit, and the service was super good. The way she talked to me, the way she looked and the way she made me feel was special.
