First of all, the staff and service when I entered the store was 10/10, I’ve never felt more welcomed or looked after by any other service industry.

What started as a complete mistake turned into one of the most memorable experiences of my trip.
I accidentally walked into this studio when I was actually looking for the one next door, and I’m so glad I did. I was to naive to really question anything because the staff was so nice to me that I had to be at the right place, so I just followed the flow.

And then I met a truly wonderful person—kind, thoughtful, professional, and genuinely caring. Despite the small language barrier, communication felt effortless and organic, and I felt so relaxed and comfortable from the moment we met.
Her skills and professionalism were exceptional, but what stood out most for me was the person I was with. She has a huge heart, and her warmth and sincerity just made the time stand still.
And she’s an amazing nail artist!

Sometimes the best experiences happen when things don’t go according to plan, and this was one of those happy accidents. I’m very grateful our paths crossed and will definitely come back again.
