From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was welcoming and attentive. Easily able to communicate in English.
Ema was such a joy to be around. From the moment she met me, felt like we've known each other for a while. Very calming and relaxing to be around. Took great care to make sure everything was perfect. Her English was good and where needed, she had a translation device handy so we could talk and laugh the entire time.
