Her english level is very good, we were able to have a conversation and she was able to understand me.

I chose the 80 minute course and I was quite satisfied with my time and the cost.

【Customer Service】
She was very kind and customer oriented making sure I was okay and that the play was enjoyable. The front desk attendants were also very kind, I speak a little Japanese so they were able to explain things pretty well.

She was very friendly for it being my first time. Great personality! 100% Recommend for first timers! If your a foreigner she works very well with you. Just dont be so quick 😅.

It was my second time this week at the shop. The staff was really attached.
Rena got so happy when i came back to see her we had such a wonderful time together. The time flew by and it was a little upset that I didn't had much more time to enjoy her companionship.

It was my first time at the shop and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Rena is super sweet and she knows how to break the ice.
She's easy to talk to and her service is simply superb.
