This was my second visit to the shop and with Maika. The front staff was as professional and attentive as the first time. Booking online and showing up 30min ahead of time helped smooth the process. The price remained the same so no notes there.

Maika again was very kind. Her calm and sweet personality was comforting. Even though we communicated via google translate, the conversations were enjoyable and felt natural. This was a unique experience I was lucky to have in Sapporo. It was definitely worth the repeat visit.

Also, Maika, if you’re reading this, I took your recommendation and went to Nakano in Tokyo before leaving. It was so fun and there were a lot more shops than I expected.
