The building appeared very nice from the outside and was very nice on the inside.

Mikoto was simply perfect. Very nice, very friendly and very helpful. She listened and was eager to help a first time visitor understand everything.
Mikoto was very pretty and even had a good understanding of English which made the experience even better.
