This was 1st time to Japan & my former best friend introduced me to these type of establishments back in America. My goodness, was she not kidding. The accommodation, helpfulness, and service are something everyone should experience once especially in comparison to America. The staff were for helpful, and gave precise & expedite instructions so you could not mess up or get lost, even on your worst day. For experience itself, if you are in Osaka area and like this particular thing, it is a dream come true. Everything you can think of they CAN & WILL do within reason & specificied within the perimeters. Momoka was accommodating, warm, funny and kind even despite a language barrier. True Master of Her Craft, in more ways than one. Highly recommended & may do it again one more before I leave for good.

If I have to level 1 critique, the hotel they provide, though overall clean, still had "stains" from other customers but this is easily avoidable by finding another hotel in the area if you can't ignore that.
