This is my first time visiting a shop like this. The staff were welcoming and Niina was great. She was attentive, friendly and Lela’s very well. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting to try this shop and Niina!

The staff were very kind and accommodating, even though there was a language barrier with my limited Japanese and their limited English. They took the time to clearly explain everything, including what could and couldn’t be done, which made the whole experience smooth and easy to understand.
Mayumi was especially amazing—she was very fun, energetic, and kind. Despite the language barrier, she made me feel comfortable and at ease, and even brought out a playful side of me even though I was a bit nervous at first. I really enjoyed the time we spent together, and she made the experience memorable.

I have read a lot of good things about Kaho, and was very keen to experience it for myself. After visiting her today, I must say that everything I have read about her is true, and I only wish I had more time to spend with her. Even though her English was limited, we were able to converse using Google translate without any issues, and everything felt very natural. Kaho was friendly and professional, and made sure that all my needs are well taken care of, and I left completely satisfied. This is my first time visiting her, but it will definitely not be my last.
PS: I encountered some difficulties with the web reservation, but the staff at the shop was very patient and professional, responding promptly and helping to resolve the problem.
