This was the first time I have ever used a soapland let alone this location. The staff were very friendly and spoke decent English. Enough for me to understand them and follow their directions. Everything was clean and well kept and I didn't feel anxious or have any fear. The store is located in a well lit area so if you are worried about safety then you can't get much better. Run was amazing, very gentle and respected me as to not harm me. After spending our time together we just sat there and chatted for a bit
