First time using this shop and the staff were very helpful. Arina was great, even though I could speak japanese she could could understand a fair amount of English and we used a translator app too, but the conversation were great we bonded over both having 2 cats. She has a great personality and is very friendly. Her techniques were also top tier knowing exactly what to do, if im back in the area I'll definitely see her again, I hope she can find someone to cat sit so she can travel herself. Best time, would recommend it was really fun

Being a first time visitor of a shop like this I was a bit nervous but Arina was very kind and soothing and made me loosen up and enjoy myself. She provided me with everything I was looking for and made sure throughout the time that I was comfortable and satisfied. I highly recommend her for a great time!
