Honestly, had a really lovely experience with Renoa. She’s an incredibly sweet girl, very polite and good girl. I was quite surprised in a good way, that she could speak English, because my Japanese is honestly terrible. It made everything so much more comfortable for me.

I do feel like the shop should maybe highlight which girls can speak English like some sort of badge or note would help a lot of people like me who struggle with the language.

Also, proper respect to the shop for their honesty. The girl I met was exactly the same as in the photos. I’ve read quite a few reviews saying some places in Japan send someone completely different, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. Everything was as advertised, which I really appreciated.

All in all, very positive experience.
