The shop and it's staff are great and their initial menu selection is well put together with the staff responsive afterwards.
The hotel that was recommended is also really great, they do have someone there that speaks English on the off chance you're trying to get a room while there's none available. Check-in and checkout is all straight forward too with the kiosk having English option available

Sonata herself was incredibly amazing, I did the 180min course and I really wish I could have done longer! She was really helpful in guidance as well as wonderful to chat with even with her limited English and my limited Japanese.
She's also really beautiful, we both discovered what worked best for each other as well fairly naturally too!

I really hope I can spend time with Sonata again in the future, if possible on my next trip to Japan!!
