It was my first time in Le CELINU.

Rui is a sweet and attentive girl. She tries her best to tend to customer's needs despite the language barrier. I can recommend her for foreign customers, but it's better to bring your own translation device. I couldn't use my phone, so we had to use Rui's for translating both ways.

Staff was very well mannered and the shuttle from a train station is a great idea. After the service shuttle car took me back to the same train station.

The reception and the waiting room looks very nice. But the corridors upstairs look like they are renovating. The room me and Rui used definitely could use renovation. For bad looking room I would deduce a star, but that would be unfair to Rui.
