English was pretty good. We had a conversation and she is very polite and understanding that I did not know any Japanese. We used translator to help with some things but overall good experience.

Nanao was the best part of my trip, she was very welcoming and my second visit with her was even better than the first. I am planning on another trip to Japan in late September/early October and hope to see her again. She is so beautiful and kind.
