It was my first experience here in Japan, therefore I was pretty nervous at the beginning, but Rara-san was kind enough to guide me through the steps, even helping me with ordering water from the room and paying it at the end, due to my poor japanese skill.

Had support from the staff (chat) from beginning to end, which made the experience smooth and easy to book. Bear in mind that when you hear the knock on the door, it will be a dude asking for the payment and the lady will be waiting next to him until he confirms your payment. Since I didn't know that, it was a bit of a shock when I opened the door, lol.

Even though I booked a shitty room (sorry, Rara-san) at the Love Hotel I chose - careful with the room if you've never booked one - the experience itself was pleasant.

Rara-san is cheerful and provides great service from beginning to end, My lack of japanese made it harder for us to communicate, but we could still chat a bit and share some laughs. I feel that if I had some basic conversational skills, she would be a nice person to chat with, so if you do, I would definitely recommend her!
