I've been to this shop many times before and the staff have always been helpful. I booked Nana-chan on a walk-in appointment and was not disappointed at all. Nana-chan has a very youthful and innocent aura about her and was very responsive to anything I said.
I would definitely come back again, and am very glad I got to spend the afternoon with Nana!
