I was a first time visitor and had a splendid time with Piano and she was very friendly throughout despite her very limited English but I tried my best with the Japanese I learned. I also enjoyed seeing videos of her playing piano and I can see why she chose her name. The staff in general were very friendly and welcoming despite limited English.
