Used this shop for the first time and the staff quickly guides me through all the process, always answering really fast. Haru was my first pick through based on her pictures and her Q&A.
She is extremely cute just like the pictures and she was very calming, understanding and did her best to help me relax, even though I was extremely nervous by using this kind of service for the first time.
