This was my first time with this shop and with Hina. Scheduling was easy. Hina arrived right on time and instantly made me feel at ease. She started by asking me what I wanted to do and made the whole experience enjoyable. She struck the perfect balance of leading me and letting me lead. I highly recommend Hina!
