我的日语水平基本等于零，选择酒店方面因此很困难，好在客服人员是中文母语者，不厌其烦的回答问题，给我预订酒店的建议。Ramu小姐不仅专业，更重要的是性格非常好，很温柔。即使我们俩语言不通，通过翻译软件沟通完全无障碍。Ramu小姐告诉我她昨天只睡了3个小时，一会儿结束工作后还要去迪斯尼玩，听得我非常羡慕，还是年轻好呀。不过今天下午一直在下雨，希望没有影响你迪斯尼的行程，我们下次再约。

First time using the service. The booking was quick and easy. They communicated well and helped me find a good short stay when the others were fully booked. Neru was exactly from the picture and we used the translator app to communicate since she didn't know English and I barely speak Japanese. Oh boy, she knew what to do for Amount of suction and speed. I will repeat when I'm coming back to Japan.

She was kind and energetic throughout even though it was a late session. She made me feel comfortable and took initiative when I was hesitant at first.
We also had a fun time chatting in between and before my session ended. Overall exceeded expectations.

Staff responded timely and managed to book a session within 20 minutes even though it was late. Staff was also helpful in recommending hotels for the session.

Scheduled some time with Yayoi. She came to me in a cute dress. She started to play right away and played a lot with me. Finished first session enthusiastically.
