A "provisional reservation" is not yet a confirmed reservation. Your reservation will be confirmed after you respond to a confirmation chat from the restaurant. If you do not receive a chat from the restaurant, please call the restaurant directly to confirm.
The restaurant will contact you back to confirm your reservation.

It's free.
A reissue will be required. Please select "Reissue password" on the login screen.

How to make a reservation, cancel, or confirm
You can check this from the Reservation Management page on your My Page.
We cannot resend your reservation confirmation email, but you can check it from the Reservation Management page on your My Page.

Appointments will not be confirmed for any date or time other than the customer's preferred date and time. However, the store may contact you directly to arrange a date and time. Therefore, please check to see if you have received a chat message from the store.
