As someone visiting from Hong Kong, I was initially unsure about the language barrier, but Nakama-san speaks excellent English, which immediately made me feel at ease. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. Her warm demeanor and graceful manners made the entire experience relaxing and truly luxurious.

Every moment felt natural and unhurried, and I could genuinely feel that she cared about creating a special time for me.
