Mai nicely guided me through despite me not able to speak Japanese, and the service is excellent, the reaction was very nice from her and gave me a pleasurable experience.

I was a bit tired from travelling so we spent some time chatting with the help of translating app, it was great fun and we had much laughter! So no worries if you don't speak Japanese!

The staffs here are very helpful and accommodating. Woth a visit!

我第一次來日本光顧的店,因為地址一直導航不出來,工作人員還親自出來接待我,服務很棒,然後見到MAI時,完全被她活潑可愛的態度吸引,雖然我不會說日文,好在用英文跟翻譯軟體即時溝通,只能說MAI的服務一級棒,有機會再過來日本的話,還會找MAI繼續玩~

It was my first time ever visiting a shop like this. I was quite nervous when doing so but both the staff and Mai were extremely welcoming and helpful. It was a lot of fun and we spent a long time just chatting and getting to know each other. If I’m in Nagoya again I will definitely try to visit the shop and play with Mai again!
