Mai nicely guided me through despite me not able to speak Japanese, and the service is excellent, the reaction was very nice from her and gave me a pleasurable experience.
I was a bit tired from travelling so we spent some time chatting with the help of translating app, it was great fun and we had much laughter! So no worries if you don't speak Japanese!
The staffs here are very helpful and accommodating. Woth a visit!

This was my first time using a shop in Nagoya so a little nervous, but staff and communication via site was very smooth and when I arrived the front staff were helpful and explained everything clearly.
Fast forward to the girl. Konoha was amazing. Greeted me with a big smile and had was super cute. She is beautiful. She is everything advertised. She did speak a little English but we used a translator to finish all the gaps. Over she made me feel amazing, always talking, always playing. Two and a half hours went by so fast. I will be coming back again soon. Thank you Konoha for blowing my expectations away.

This is my first time using this shop, Konoha was so so sweet and kind. She made me feel welcome and took great care of me. I wish I would have taken more than 60min.
She speaks also pretty good english which was really helpful.

Rion小姐的cosplay超級可愛、技術非常厲害，而且還非常的溫柔體貼，除了聊天之外我非常喜歡她的撒嬌與懷抱。
