I do pilates, and before pilates I did a lot of one‑on‑one personal training, so maybe it's because I've been exercising regularly for about 8 or 9 years

I think if things sag or your belly sticks out, it's not sexy. Ideally, I'd have my butt, boobs, and thighs nice and thick, but keep my upper arms and waist slim

The day before, I usually get acupuncture or a massage to loosen up, and if I end up drinking, I make sure to soak in the bath a little longer so I don't get puffy. I also sometimes sleep with an eye mask. If my eyes are tired my face ends up looking really tired, so I do it to avoid looking older
