    The service was good overall. The staff was extremely professional, punctual, and very well-dressed—their presentation was impeccable. Communication was excellent and everything ran on time.

    The only downside was a noticeable smell of cigarettes, which was a bit off-putting. Otherwise, a very professional experience.
