The staff treatment and waiting room were also befitting the price. Staff greet you upon entry and provide you with hand towels, free drinks, etc. the interior lobby and the room where the fun happens all are upscale enough to warrant the price. The lobby is clean and modern with very nice backlighting. The room is clean and spacious. Then, from the moment I laid eyes on Rea I knew the experience was going to be worth it. I was right.

Rea is kind, attentive, and hardworking. Her pictures are also extremely accurate. You will not be disappointed at all. She is a beautiful woman and just as attentive. I felt completely relaxed and was able to laugh and enjoy myself during our time together thanks to her efforts.

This was my first time using the shop. I do not think it will be my last. This shop is definitely worth it.

這位老師真的很有元氣！從見面開始她就一直笑得很開朗，整個氣氛都被她帶起來了。
我平常其實不算很會聊天，但她很會找話題，讓對話一直很自然。而且英文非常流利，服務方面也非常積極，可以感受到她很努力想讓客人開心。尤其她那種活潑又親切的個性，真的會讓人心情變很好。
店家的整體服務也很好，裝潢真的很有格調高級。
總之是一段非常滿意的體驗，下次有機會一定會再來。

From the moment I walked in, I could tell how much thought went into the decor. The overall style is upscale and clean, with lighting and space design that instantly makes you feel relaxed.
The girl I met was highly elegant and spoke fluent English. Since my Japanese isn't very good, I was initially a bit worried about the communication, but it turned out to be completely unnecessary. We were able to converse smoothly in English almost the entire time, chatting about travel, culture, and food without any of the awkwardness that usually comes with language barriers.
This place is highly recommended for foreign tourists who don’t speak Japanese but are comfortable with English. I’m completely satisfied with the overall experience and will definitely visit again next time I'm in Kawasaki!

Rea was fantastic! One of the best experiences I've ever had. She has a perfect body (she looks better than the photos), is super cute (love the bunny outfit, and I love that it stayed on for a while), has a delightful personality, speaks good English, is caring, and provides enthusiastic and exciting service, going above and beyond on all. Not one second felt like it was wasted. Thank you for all, I will be back again the next time I'm in Japan! I'm only sad that I didn't visit until the end of my trip.
The store is also the best - clean, modern, beautiful, and welcoming. This place is S-Class, exactly what you'd expect from a premium service, more in line with visiting a nice spa or resort. Keep it up!

First time using this shop, the booking process was easy and the staff were informative, very professional and greeted me warmly by name!

The facilities were very nice and modern with a good atmosphere.

Rea looked fantastic in her bunny outfit and I loved her blonde hair, she spoke phenomenal English so I hardly had to use my broken Japanese.

The service was extremely relaxing, Rea has a warm personality and quickly made me feel at ease, she also gently set the tone and pace, as a first timer I found this very helpful.

I'm glad I tried it and will gladly visit again when I find myself in the area.

For those wondering whether to go to this shop or not here's what I have to say.

As I was going to return to Sweden I felt like I had to revisit Rea one more time before I left. We started off with a massage and let me tell you it felt like I was on cloud nine. I've never experienced a massage that felt so good, Rea is definitely a pro when it comes to it. If the price is a concern then I would say you get what you're paying for and more.

I will definitely revisit in the future and can't wait for it.

This was my first time at Enrou but my third time withレア. The shop was very nice and clean and the staff was great too. レア was amazing as always, first time I crossed paths with レア was by accident but I keep coming back for more. Her personality and looks are what sets her aside from everyone else. She looks just like the pictures aswell so you won't get fooled. She really makes you feel special. Hope i get to spend more time with her in the future aswell. ☺️
