This was my first time using this kind of service and it was excellent. The staff responded quickly and provided quality assistance. I appreciate the staff guiding me through the process so that it was completed correctly and efficiently.

Although she is new Pome provided quality service. We had a bit of a language barrier but with some gestures and a bit of assistance with translating apps everything was able to go smoothly. She is very cute and charismatic. She is very kind and gentle when providing service and makes sure that you are having a good experience. Her laugh is quite contagious making it very easy to talk with her and blow away any awkwardness. Overall if I had the opportunity I would come again for another great experience.
