這間住宿的服務人員非常親切，讓人感到賓至如歸。照片上的房間和實際入住的房間幾乎一模一樣，沒有任何落差，讓人安心。即使溝通上有些許困難，他們也會很樂意使用翻譯軟體與你聊天，確保你能夠順利地表達需求和感受，不用擔心語言不通的問題。整體體驗非常棒，工作人員的應答速度也很快，而且態度親切，讓人感到賓至如歸。他們會說英文，而且房間裡也備有翻譯器，方便不同語言的旅客溝通。整個入住流程非常順暢，沒有任何繁瑣的步驟。房間也非常乾淨寬敞，應該是有重新裝潢過，比之前大上不少，讓人住得更舒適自在。
