I assume this means, how were the staff. You don't meet them just chat on their AI translator chat thing, which is not perfect. I asked if I could use a credit card to pay for the session and they said yes, but they actually meant just the room, you need cash for the girl, a little and easy misunderstanding within using translators however it did cost me half an hour of my booked 3 hours having to go get cash. The staff were nice enough to offer me something as a token for that inconvenience (as they put it) for the next booking which I am fortunately interested in doing!
