我的日语水平基本等于零，选择酒店方面因此很困难，好在客服人员是中文母语者，不厌其烦的回答问题，给我预订酒店的建议。Ramu小姐不仅专业，更重要的是性格非常好，很温柔。即使我们俩语言不通，通过翻译软件沟通完全无障碍。Ramu小姐告诉我她昨天只睡了3个小时，一会儿结束工作后还要去迪斯尼玩，听得我非常羡慕，还是年轻好呀。不过今天下午一直在下雨，希望没有影响你迪斯尼的行程，我们下次再约。

This was my first time using this shop. I was curious about it for a while and finally decided to take the plunge on my current trip to Japan.
The staff were very helpful in giving me hotel recommendations, and they also answered my questions perfectly. I felt the online booking process was quite smooth, with both with the web reservation and the multilingual chat
I decided on Aruma after looking at her blog, and I thought she was really cute. She looked even cuter in person when the day arrived and she had a really friendly vibe. Very kind, patient, and guided me nicely which I appreciated during my first session here.
Aruma was amazing with her technique, and she really knew what she was doing. I even learned a couple of things during our time together too. I booked the 55 minute course which is on the shorter end, but the pace of the session was excellent. I seriously enjoyed the session with her and I would definitely see her again given the chance.
Near the end of our session, we did chat for a bit, and I even tried to use the little bit of Japanese that I knew. She knew a little bit of English as well, so we tried communicating with each other and I really enjoyed it.
Overall an excellent session with her. Glad that she was my first experience in this shop. Had a lot of fun and I'm very happy

せいなちゃんは、アイドルのようにきめ細やかで美しい方で、可愛らしさもありながら、とても根気強くてプロフェッショナルでした。
写真や動画より、実物の方がずっと綺麗でした！本当に細かいところまで美しいし、謙虚で可愛い方です。
こういうサービスを利用するのは初めてで、すごく緊張していたんですけど、ずっと優しくリードしてくれて助かりました。本当に気遣いのできる、心の温かい女性です。
