RUNA is incredibly kind and genuinely wonderful to spend time with. I had the pleasure of meeting her a couple of times, and every experience was amazing. From the very beginning, she creates a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere with her fun and easygoing personality. Her skills are excellent and she always goes beyond my expectations every time I see her.
She is also extremely gentle, patient, and attentive, always making sure I feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire session. Even though her English is not perfect, she always puts in the effort to communicate clearly, and we never had any issues understanding each other. We actually had many enjoyable conversations using both speaking and translation tools.
Overall, what really stood out to me was her combination of professionalism, kindness, and the positive energy she brings. She made every experience feel comfortable, memorable, and genuinely enjoyable.
