A Message from the Store Manager

My first impression was simply, “She’s the cute type.”

But when I actually talked to her, what left a deeper impression than her looks was her personality.

When I’m talking, she looks me in the eye and listens carefully, and she’ll give a little smile out of the blue.

This ability to “really listen” is something that seems simple but is actually quite difficult.

Plus, her conversation flows naturally—she doesn’t come across as trying too hard to talk.

She’s charming and easy to communicate with, so I think she’s the type who can break the ice relatively quickly, even with someone she’s meeting for the first time.

And this time, she’s completely new to the industry.

She’s starting from scratch, not knowing left from right, but she’s incredibly earnest.

She asks questions when she doesn’t understand something and makes a real effort to absorb everything she’s taught.

Personally, rather than someone who’s “already perfect,”

she’s the kind of girl who gives me the excitement of thinking, “She’s definitely going to keep getting better and better.”

She has a cute, approachable vibe that you really feel when you talk to her.

And she has a serious attitude about learning things one step at a time.

She’s not the type to stand out with flashy traits,

but once you actually meet her and talk to her,

I think you’ll agree: “Ah, I see—she’s definitely going to be popular.”
